Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a complementary alternative medicine in which diseases can be successfully treated or prevented without the use of drugs, by techniques such as control of diet, exercise, and other natural treatments. Some of the techniques used here are nutrition, supplements, herbs, aromatherapy, homeopathy, Reflexology, etc.
Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary alternative medicine that has been practiced for many centuries. The oldest known physical evidence is an Egyptian pictograph dated 2500-2330 BC. The pictograph was found in a physician’s tomb at Ankhmahor in Saqquara, Egypt. It illustrates the practice of hand and foot Reflexology. It is based on the theory that there are maps of the body on various locations such as the feet, hands, ears, etc. Through the use of therapeutic techniques, you can stimulate the body's reflexes and promote the body's natural healing capabilities.
Ear Reflexology
Just like Foot Reflexology there is an entire map of the body in the ears. While ear reflexology has the same benefits as foot reflexology, some of the most reported benefits have been: improved sleep, extreme relaxation, migraine relief, emotional regulation issues such as anxiety, depression & PTSD.
